Dont want my music in albums just singles . Please Help !

Have been informed that tag&rename can make a seperate folder for each song which will be alot quicker than doing each song by myself but have no idea how too

You need to use the rename function and use the album name for the folder. ideally you should probably use artist - trackname \mp3 file. that will prevent any duplicates.
