Chart file and tag and rename (nothing but questions)

O.K. I have the top 10 singles, and sort them out in tag and rename.

I can export these in various formats in tag and rename, e.g. .csv

Does any one know if it is then possible to save these as a text file with the necessary "" and , needed for etouch to read.

At the moment I am editing all the tags to match the chart file or visa versa.
