Title: Karaoke Help
Post by: DaDuber on June 11, 2008, 04:14:26 PM
I have all my Karaoke files in .mp3 and .cdg. Is this the right format? When I use the config and select karaoke, goto the folder they are in, it says none are found. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank You ???

You need each karaoke file in it's own album folder like you do with music and build from the folder above that. You will also need to tag the MP3 part of the MP3+G for it to work..

E.G.

karaoke\disc1\abba.mp3
karaoke\disc2\queen.mp3

Can I have more than 1 song in each folder?

E.G.
Karaoke\Abba\dancing queen.mp3
Karaoke\Abba\dancin queen.cdg
Karaoke\Abba\Mamma Mia.mp3
Karaoke\Abba\Mamma Mia.cdg

Yes, you need to have more than 1 song in each folder. Make sure the album tag for the tracks in the folder matches up. Then each folder will show up as an album in freebox. You can also put a cover.jpg in each folder and that will show up too.
