Yeah and the old host has already suspended the account again after only a day of uptime due to over use of the bandwidth again.... So either that was a mistake or someone is dilberately hammering the site. I have moved the actual domain across to this new host now so it should be up and running on this host within 24 hours.
We had the same problem with My HOA community website, we're in the U.S.A.. Some college kid in Germany kept spamming our community forum with viagra and sex site ads and it kept using all of our bandwidth for the month within 36 hours. So we did an IP reverse look-up, had our domain host block the IP, but then the person changed his location ( he was using an internet cafe' ) and started doing it again, then we just had all of Germany's IP's blocked. Problem has been solved since. That was 3 months ago, so check with your host to see where the usage is.

Yeah i wouldn't like to block a whole country though. I will take a look at the logs after a few days and see if i can see what is actually happening. It's certainly not posts though as there are none.
