Login issues - had to recreate account - Please assist

Please assist! Donated back on 29 August 2014 but when I tried to login today to access the private forums it said there was no account associated with my email address that I initially signed up with.

I have had to recreate an account using the same address, but still require access to the private forums (skins, etc.)

Could someone please assist?

Account upgraded to V8 access, sorry we had an issue where the forum crashed and we lost everything. I got back what i could from a corrupted backup.
