Skintool bugs

Hi Barry

-The new Hot Hits(top10.gif) is not visible in the skintool and if you edit the INI file to see it in the skintool it always saves it at possition 0, 0 and in the size of 1, 1 .
-If you try and edit some button or arrow sizes it jumps to a much smaller size than indicated in the size boxes of the skintool and you then need to edit the sizes manually in the InI files.
-The "Burn CD" button is visible in Freebox but not in the skintool.

I'll update this post as I find more bugs.

Fixed the top10.gif box bug.

The button resizing is due to a limitation of the control used it resizes funny sometimes i find setting it to style 0 before re-sizing normally works..

The burn CD button has been renabled in the skitool.

It should now also load the gif into the box so it's visible. I will keep working and get a release out later.
