is it possible to make a horizontal skin so i can do a small cab with the screen mounted the long way

It is perfectly possible to create a skin for that resolution yes.

You mean 768 x 1024. It is not as simple as creating the skin at 1024 x 768 and then rotating the monitor. I can create it at 768 x 1024 but your graphics card will need to support rotating the display. You need your task bar to be at the bottom of the screen when you are in portrait mode.

It could be done the other way but it would take even longer as all the graphics files would need to be rotated by 90 degrees.

yes i understand my windows will be rotated which i have its just getting etouch to display
everything else is sorted
