STILL no licence key!!

I have emailed and posted on the forum about needing my licence key but no one will respond. Who do I need to resend my receipt to (Again) as proof of purchase so I can get my licence key again. I sent an Email back in March and posted on the forum here through a friend as I had no forum access anymore back in Early may .. but noone has replied to either contact. What do I need to do
