Karaoke Won't Play

I need some help with this.  When I try to play a Karaoke thru the E-touch V5 Nothing happens.  I go the file itself and double click on the CDG file.  WMP 11 opens and opens a window that says there is a problem.  I have two choices.  Close or Web Help.  If I press close, window disappears and if I then click on the title the words and music play.  I go back to E-Touch and try again and nothing plays.  Does anyone know what version of the Karaoke codec was for V4 and for V5.  I had installed the V4 Codec on my home computer and the other has the codec for V5.  Or am I missing something?  Everything runs fine at home with the V4 Codec with V5.  But not oncomputer with the V5 Codec.  Thanks
