How to reset GUI to default?

Just downloaded the demo and experimenting with it.  One of the things I wanted to do was to see if I could hide the options icon.  I was successful at doing that, but now I can not access the options to even exit out of e-touch gracefully. 

Is there an alternate way to access options, or a way out side of the program?  If not, what file(s) would I need to delete to reset my options or GUI back to the default?

You don't need to hide the options button you can just pincode the access to it through the security screen.
