No, that E-Touch logo doesn't suite the skin.

Coffee, my taste trying to match things is not good, could you please help me.
I do really like give this skin an id for ETouch.
Height is about 40pxl

I would not place the logo at the top as you did. I would place it just under the "jump-to-letter" bar and I would make the logo look the same as your buttons. I will just adding a few music notes on each side of the logo.

I have used your skin a while back and I really think it is perfect the way you have it. If you think the logo will spoil the look then I would rather leave it out.

Thanks Coffee.
Since the skin is delivered as default my only intention is to give a bit of credit and when used as a reminder of the software use.
Otherwise I'll leave the way it is right now.
