v4 crashing when generating library

I have Freebox 4 demo installed on WinXP SP3 with a music library of approx 100GB of music. I have unlocked all of my folder.jpg files and made them unhidden. The problem is when I select my Music folder and hit generate library I get a "Runtime 6 / Overflow" error every time. I searched the forums and cannot find much info on this issue. I really like the program so far and would purchase and support if i can fix this error. Thanks in advance for any help.

What album is it falling over on? You should be able to get an idea from the tag info displayed when it crashes.
