What exactly is this moods option,and how does it work?

Put some samples in the moods file and it will play one you select on a loop at the volume selected for the moood. I used a long thunderstorm sample, it adds a different listening experience. Really it is for listening at home, i don't see it would be useful in a commercial setting.
