Okay I've taken the plunge and am working my way around the skin tool. I want to do away with the alpha slider on the right and add Letter buttons instead but for the life of me I can't work out how to a) remove the slider and b) add a button for each letter?
How did you guys do it?

Yes there are few options, Letters on screen or a pop up jump to letter box as well as the 2 slider types.
