Betabrite problems.

Hi i was wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions. the software is working without problems except for the betabrite part. it scrolls the name and artist 3 or 4 times and then the sign resets. using the software  that comes with the sign i can have it going for hours without faulting but as soon as i use it through the juke box it starts playing up. any help would be much appreciated.
