My E-Touch Functionality

I have been going through many areas of the software to try to figure out what does what. When I go into My E-Touch, I set up a name, and within that area, I set up a pin. Everything seemed fine. It said banked credits are 30. Ok. I logout, I go back in to test my username and pin, and once logged in, it says banked credits 0. Not sure what that is about.

Then, when I go into any of the options within My E-Touch, and then press the BACK button, I am not returned to My E-Touch, but rather, to the main jukebox screen. My logged in user, is still logged in, and if I simply press the My E-Touch button, I am instantly back in my private area. It leads me to believe that if I hit the back button, and walked away, that someone else could come up and press the My E-Touch button and be in my private area.

I can go to the logout button, and of course clear access to that area.

Is this the normal function?

That is normal, it will log you out automatically when the attract mode kicks in. The reason you are not seeing the credits work correctly is because you do not have a commercial licence.
