BUG : Skin Tool 9.18 & SxxLxx skin

I think I know the reason why, but I will check it out.

It is only the SxxLxx that I can find it doesn't like, it loads touch genie (spits) with no trouble at all.

I have renamed the cover files from (A) 12 COVERS to 12_covers to see if that works, but that doesn't work.

playerv2.ini has a rouge entry at the end, if you remove the last line in the ini file it should load fine. However it would seem I didn't add error trapping to that skin tool build.
