its me again, first of all, can i say thanks for all your help in the past, now heres my problemo, i have a video song called "just cant get enough" sung by a girl group called the saturdays, when i play this video in the jukebox it slows down and stops and starts all the time, but when i play this video using windows media or winamp or realone or nero vission it play without any problems, ive updated to V5.00.12 and the problem still accures, ive even tried downloading the video from another site and its still happening, my workstation is running windows xp, amd sempron 1.6 cpu and 1gig of ram.
When you play it in the other programs, is it in full screen? E-touch uses Windows Media Player (10 or 11) as the media player. If it plays in WMP it should play in E-Touch.

All i can suggest is updating to the latest K-Lite codec pack.
