Title: Vst support or future support?
Post by: RiceRider102 on October 31, 2010, 09:46:56 PM
I finally got the sound out of my pc I have been looking for for years using kx drivers and a audigy card. The final thing that made the huge difference was a BBE vst plugin. I got it to work with winamp, and wow what a difference. It does take away from the original sound, but boosts the freq's that will make it closer to live sound and filteres out the muddy mids and vocals I cant stand. Is there any way to make this work with freebox? Possible future suport? It really brings the music alive....
Winamp uses a vst bridge to play the audio thru the bbe vst

It works in media player, but not in freebox.
The vu meters on the vst arent moving at all.
It there a way to force freebox to actually use and control media player?
So if you were playing a song in freebox, you could actually see it playing in media player?
I am assuming freebox using core files for media player, but does not control the gui...

It doesn't control the GUI but all other WMP plugins work as cvan be seen in other threds so maybe there is a setting you don't have set.
