I have two issues that I could use help with. I have searched the forums and have found similar listings but nothing exact. Here are the issues:
1) I have E-Touch v5 (downloaded on 6/16). Almost every time I try to do something with my library I get the error "Run-time error '35600': Index Out of Bounds" This comes after it goes through the album covers (after I hit "update library")
2) I only have a handful of albums in the file that E-Touch uses (Artists that begin with: #, A, and some of B). I have used "Tag & Rename" to ensure that all ID3v1's match ID3vs2 and I have checked to make sure that all albums are listed properly (the tags are correct). On some of the albums (about 10), for some reason the artist name is not being listed and its album name is being used (twice) to list it in R or W etc. Are these problems related? If not, what else can I possibly do?
