When Barry comes on, he will update your access, but in the mean time here is what you can do while you are waiting.
1) Sort your hard drive anyway you like, but uninstall etouch
2) Once you get eTouch run and install everything as admin (Usually right click and run as admin, although I cannot remember on XP)
3) Install program outside of C:\Program Files install into c:\Jukebox or similar
4) Once installed run every program as admin, config10, main program etc.
It is Sunday today, so I cannot say when Barry will be on but he normally pops up at some point
