With "&" in the Artist Name the Track List Page not showing Multiple Album links

I have 6 Artists with "&" in the Artist name and on each of them the multiple albums for the same artist will not show up on the Track List Page as links.  They albums show up fine on the Album Page and on there individual Track Listing Page but they just don't link to each other.

in addition on the Track Listing Page if the Album Title has an "&" in it, it also shows up incorrectly there (seems to show up correctly everywhere else)
