Good day. What could be wrong with randomly screen goes black and downloading symbol appears on main screen, with selected videos and mp3 playing, but you can't use the main screen because of big rotating gear symbol.
Using 10.21 anything I use above 10.00 will give me this problem. My O.S. IS W7 64 bit.

I think that I might have an idea, but do not quote me on this one. You will need Barry to advise you more.

However, it might be where Person A has put on music and then Person B comes along and want to play something that is not in your library so it starts downloading.

I would turn off the youtube downloader in the settings and see if this stops it.

If it does not then obviously this is not the problem, but it might be.
