Featured Album ?

Does anyone know if there is a skin with the featured album function in?
Does anyone know in what INI file the featured album settings is stored?

I'm trying to add this to a skin but I can't find the featured album cover anywhere in the skintool.
I have the label in place but they show no info in E-Touch and the backgrounds are not transparent.

Not sure if this is a bug. That's way I need a skin with this feature to check.
