Fitting Extra buttons

I have re-named the three buttons along the bottom  to "Music" "Singles" & "Video" would it be possible to add an extra one?. I have some friends who like weird stuff  and would rather they have a button of their own to save cluttering up the screens with their images  plus an extra selection would make the juke more useful and reduce the "scroll time" when viewing all music.
