Title: Button Frame
Post by: coffee on April 30, 2011, 10:14:45 AM
Hi Barry

I want to start building a skin for using buttons. How to I skin the movable button bloks?

They can't be skinned, is this a requirement?

Yes, please.
The sizes and the colour need to be skined as skins will not be the same.
I want to release a button skin and a guide on how to setup E-Touch for using buttons.

Another idea is to make these bloks the same size and place as the text or album fields but I still need to be able to change the colour of the blok.

You can change the colour of the block, there is a keyhighlight box in the colour settings of the skintool you can set the colour there. The size of it is calculated when the skin is loaded depending on the skin which is why it isn't an image. To add support to use an image for that would not be easy.

Hi Barry
Here is some screenshots of how the blocks looks like on the pages. The album and tracklisting ones are close but the Genre filter page's block are not at the right place. It is highlighting the Hip-Hip filter below.
