Fullscreen Not Working?

I got a new desktop PC running win7.  I decided to put etouch on and when I try to go to fullscreen there is about a 2 inch margin around all of the edges.  Running the same etouch version on my laptop using win7 and it runs fine in fullscreen even though my screen resolution is set to 1366x768.  The touchscreen monitor I am using can go all the way up to 2400 but when I set it to 1024x768 or 1366x768 I get the margins.  Any idea why?

Some ATI and G-Force graphics drivers/utilities have a scaling option in advanced settings.

I have found this on two systems and it needs adjusting to no scaling or something similar.

Yeah it is probably the graphics card setting. It can be made to stretch the display to fill the screen for non-native resolutions.
