I use TinyXP 09 with SP3 as my OS
Version 4: No problems
Tried to install and run both demo and Private versions
of Version 5.0.12.
Both versions installed but when I try and run them both
I get the following error message with an Ok button.

Component 'wmp.dll' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:
a file is missing or invalid

Then I press the Ok button and it boots me out
A search for wmp.dll reveals no such file. I installed
TinyXP Without IE/OE/WMP (With Added Driverpacks)
Where can I get wmp.dll or what would you suggest.

Tiny XP for some reason doesnt include this file for WMP.
Download the wmp.dll here --->www.ppcomponents.com/etouch/wmp.zip (http://www.ppcomponents.com/etouch/wmp.zip).
Unzip it and place it in the C:\WINDOWS\System32 directory.
I will host this file for 7 days!
All should be good!

By the way, I believe that Tiny XP will only run WMP 10. WMP11 need the 'Authentification' for it to work. WMP 10 doesnt. You will also need the K-Lite Codecs Packs 13.4mb http://ftp.freenet.de/pub/filepilot/fpt/video/codecs/k-lite_codec_pack_full/klcodec490f.exe (http://ftp.freenet.de/pub/filepilot/fpt/video/codecs/k-lite_codec_pack_full/klcodec490f.exe). this is the newest version UPdated June 11, 2009.

You also need to rebuild the libraries as the V4 ones are not compatilble.

and although my old codecs worked i updated
to 4.90
