Zotac NF610I-K-E

I'm thinking of working on a 2nd build and was wondering if anyone has ever used the Zotac NF610I-K-E motherboard? I'm thinking it might be about right for my purposes.

I would think any thing that is 2.0mhz processor and 1gb of memory will do you fine. Jukeboxes dont need alot to run them. Some even have older PIII's in them with 512mb ram and they work great! But the key is memory though.
