attract mode

no matter how i try i cant get attract mode to work just get a white screen
i have put jpg files and a couple of mpegs files 
not sure if its a bug i am using the latest beta

is anybody having probs with attract mode i realy need this to work
all im seeing is either a white screen or a album cover in top left corner
no matter what i do just cant get it to work
spin on this works fine

coffee do you use this on comercial units as this is a requirement for a
operater im dealing with

It only works with images and not videos. You need to end the path with \ in the attract mode settings. Also they don't work if you have spin on this set. I have them set up and they are working for me just fine.

i removed the videos but didnt put a \ in is that included at the end of the path addess
