I am getting ready to update my music library and want to know the best way to do it. Can I back up the library I have? I am going to do this some this week since I am having a New Years Party here. This would be the first time I update my music, so any suggestions would be great.
By the way, my kitchen is almost done so I can start working on a new skin.
Well if you back up the REC and CVR files manually you cannot loose anything as you can always copy these back. Once you have copied these somewhere you can then just use the config and point it to your music and use the update.
There does appear to be an issue with the newly added albums ading to the end of the genre, artist and years libraies rather than them being in alphabetical order. I don't know if i will be able to fix this in time for your new years party due to me not geting home until tomorrow at the earliest. I have not confirmed this bug but it does seem to be there based on the posts i have read.
