I am playing videos using freebox, after around 20 mins the videos start to lag (sound and video out of sync) has anyone else experienced this?

I am running it via an AV amp and projector for 2nd screen.

Sounds more like a codec issue, have you tried upgrading your codecs. I know i always suggest this but 9 time out of 10 these issues are solved by doing this.
