Title: Unable to get Skin Tool to work

Hi, I am trying to get into the skin tool, and it is saying

QuoteComponent 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Any Ideas what this is? I have tried deleteing and re-installing freebox. I am using XP SP3 and it is fully patched.

It's been like that since I started using Freebox, I just always went out and grabbed that file :P

It's I.E. the reply boxes don't work so you can't see what you are typing.
