I tried this multiple times and it seems to be a bug (5.0.12 and maybe before). If the last song to play is a video, after reboot that video plays again. It seems like the queue for a video is not clearing after the video starts or completes maybe it's currently setup to clear when the next song starts?
someone else want to confirm....
Just confirming this still seems to be a problem with 5.0.13. If the last thing to play is a video and it plays completely through or is skipped with nothing else playing after - it does not clear from the queue.
