I would like to hook up a digital tuner (audio only) to my line in on the sound card and then have it mute when someone selects a song with freebox jukebox....
Any ideas?

Maybe I'm missing something, but there is a checkbox for mute linein on play on the very first page of the settings screen. Is this not what you are looking for?
