Title: Runtime Error '35600' : Index out of bounds (config4 version 4.0.0.21)

I never really used the "Update Library" feature before (always deleted the old library and rebuilt from scratch).

Since trying to use the "Update Library" feature I keep getting the Runtime Error '35600' : index out of bounds.  Running 5.0.13 with config4 version 4.0.0.21.  I also recieved a couple erros within E-Touch after running the "Update Library" unfortunately I didn't right them down at the time - was able to just click OK and the program continued to run without a problem.

If I completely delete the old library and run "Generate Library" I receive no errors in the config program or within E-Touch.

This has been reported and fixed, will be released in 5.0.14

Yeah 5.0.14 seems to be stable enough for me to make a release later today. I also added a new option to the config for use when updating. I will look at getting it out later today hopefully, i spent all weekend messing with megatouch machines. I have now tried 3 different motherboards in my force and none of them appear to work I think i might give up on that.
