Title: Deezer, last.fm and radio
Post by: Dannymh on July 20, 2009, 06:44:32 AM
Hi,

I was just wondering whether there was anyway to link Deezer, webradio and last.fm through the application.

I am building a home jukebox, but wanted to include these into the interface to get some "music on demand" capabilities.

Cheers
Dan

The only thing I think that does that kind of stuff is songbird, but then again its not as slick as freebox

I had Barry try something like this by creating Shoutcast playlists and using a plugin for Media Player but Freebox didn't recognize the playlist as a Shoutcast stream.

Actually just found this code http://forum.internet-radio.org.uk/guides/40-embedding-windows-media-player-shoutcast.html (http://forum.internet-radio.org.uk/guides/40-embedding-windows-media-player-shoutcast.html) It's HTML code that allows you to embed shoutcast playlists into a webpage to use Windows Media Player, wonder if this code could be tweaked to to be used on a Web Radio page in E-Touch.
