Title: Enable Transparency causing videos not to Play
Post by: Pinball on November 09, 2009, 01:25:59 AM
After getting my video problems resolved, checked off

Enable transparency.

When I restarted E-Touch, and selected a video, I am getting the same type of problem where clicking the NOW PLAYING screen results in the image of the truncated Now Playing screen and the thumbnail of the video flickering.

If I uncheck Enable transparency, save the settings and then restart e-touch the videos will play fine again.

I tried to attach a screen shot of the Video now playing screen.

It made it an attachment.  I don't know how to inset it into the post...

I should add that this is on both machines running 5.0.22.

I'm pretty sure you CAN'T use FanArt (transparency) on the Now Playing Screen if you are trying to play videos on a single screen setup - which I'm assumeing you are.

You can cause i have that working fine here. You might need to update your graphics card driver and then install direct x.
