Title: Clear database
Post by: Christen on November 21, 2009, 02:06:04 PM
Hi

When I have updated the music database a couple of times some of the albums is shown several times in the view. So there is dublicates.

How can I remove the dublicates? Clear the database and create again? I dont know how to clear the database?

in your C:Program Files\E-Touch Jukebox folder you will see 3 files:

karaoke.cvr
records.cvr
videos.cvr

Delete those files, then re-run the config.

or if you want to use a batch file to do all this for you see this thread:

you also need to delete the .rec files.

The .cvr files contain the information used to show the albums and the .rec file contains the information on every track and is used for searching.
