Hope this is not duplicate info (I searched) but... I was hoping to have everyone chime in with what games they have found that work well on touch screens. Not necessarily associated with E-Touch...
I'll Start:
Polar Golfer - Great little golf game, works great on the touchscreen. Almost perfectly. Only flaw is, you have to hit escape to get out of the game in full screen mode. A issue that I'll live with, cause it's fun.
Bejeweled - Works great and is a ton of fun.
Zuma - Works great and is a ton of fun. Almost like cheating with a touch screen!
