Hi guys I was wondering i anyone could help me, every time I play a song an error comes up

Some of the cds dont have covers yet, it might be the problem :chad and also how do a get a large image of the album cover on the now playing screen, only got the small one in the bottom left corner.

To change the cover size, you need to do that in the skintool. Fair warning, use the skintool with caution as it could change the skin and be difficult to get it back to where you want it. But you can just delete the folder and re-download it and place it in the skins folder and be right back to where you started.
Also, you need cover.jpg and coversmall.jpg in your artist>album> directory.

That error sounds like you are running windows vista or windows 7, if so you need to run the app in admin mode.
