OK...
Lets say you made a juke for your mom...
Your trying to explain to someone with VERY MINIMAL PC experience how to extract MP3's from a cd and add the album to etouch.

Where would you start???

well ive sold jukes to people with little or no nowledge of pcs
i either update them myself or if there not local they post me
a usb dongle and i post it back and i direct them very slowly over the phone
etouch isnt what you call very straight forward has you have to close
it down and then explain they have to open another program[config]
this is why i have only sold a few with etouch installed i do sell them
with a simpler style jukebox software but not as pro looking as etouch

with a cd i would use a cd ripper that stores the ripped cd to the jukes
music directory/drive which grabs album art also- i use cd da extractor

etouch can be a lot to explain to people with good pc knowledge
so not easy task to a non pc user
but what a cracking peice of software

What you need to do is create a bat file that they can click and it willl do it all. There are bat files on here for automating the config, you just need to add a few lines for ripping the CD. You can then say over the phone just put the CD in and then click on the COPY CD shortcut or whatever you have called it.

Audiograbber is a good ripper that willl rip straight to mp3 and is pretty quick.
