Options, Coin Settings, Set Queue Read Only.  (Not sure why its on this tab, except Barry had little room to put it anywhere else.)

Also a couple of other good settings here.  Limit Queue, allow duplicates, shuffle queue, etc.  Give it a try.

Options--coin settings "set queue read only"
Check it to read only and that's it.

Yep and for parties I also disable, Play Now, Download, Shuffle Queue, Add All or Entire Album etc. I've also found that limiting the queue is a good thing. I normally choose a 30 song limit else people get pissy when they queue music only to find it's song 100 in the queue. Some people just go crazy and queue a multitude of songs which is unfair to other users.

Also i use the auto shuffle option so if someone does add a load of songs they will not play in a block.

Thats a good idea. Never used that. I might give it a crack this weekend.
