Title: Internet Radio pls files

Hey there guys, I was wondering whether internet radio pls files can be used in conjunction with the internet radio function?

They should as long as you make a .tag file with the non-mp3 tagger.

Actually .pls files will not work as there is not a direct plugin to have .pls files associated with WMP. There is a program that will forward .pls files to WMP but that won't work as E-Touch needs to have a direct plugin for WMP.

Disquise the .pls file as a .m3u file.

Open notepad, place the url for the .pls file as the only line in notepad.

save the file as a .m3u file.

Should open up in WMP with no problem. I have my own Shoutcast feed that I listen to on E-touch all the time.

Hmmm should be able to write something into the software that looks for the URL in the PLS file and passess that to windows media player. I will need to take a look at a pls file again.
