not sure if its a bug or if its always been like this..
get runtime error 0 when config is open and then try to open skin tool.
not a biggy just thought you should know

If i remember rightly, when i made my first skin and tried to open it in the skin tool i also had the error 0, then the skintool would close, the problem that caused this was there was missing buttons or pages, once they were all pressent the skintool opened ok.
