Does anybody know if there is a commercial license for etouch,if yes how much is it?I want to get the coin and bill acceptor working.

Commerical Licence is $250 per machine, you need to send me the ID displayed in the credit module when it is run on the computer you wish to licence. I will then return a licence file to you to enable you to use the credit facility correctly.
