First, if this is clearly answered somewhere else, please forgive me --- I signed on just a couple of weeks ago. I love this software but I am finding one problem that I hope someone can help with.
Many of the songs play only 15-30 seconds -- even though the song length in the selection list and in the tag lists the accurate time. Using any other media player, the song plays all the way through. in most cases, it is not a random song but all of the songs on an album.
This only occurs on a small part of my collection. I've tried deleting the album and using eTouch Config to generate a new database but the same result comes up.
I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thanks.
Can you play the songs normally in windows media player? If they play correctly in there then it must be an e-touch problem. What format are the audio files you are having trouble with?
They play fine in WinAmp or Windows Media Player .... and they are Mp3 files. in the tags of these files, I can see nothing different than in those songs that play normally.
I am using eTouch Ver 7.0.9
