When you hit reply or new topic, down near the bottom on the left is a link called "Additional Options". Click that for more options including Attach and browse for a file/picture. Click the (more attachments) link to add multiple images.

Easiest option is to go to imageshack.us and upload them there and they give you a code to paste on here.

Actually, it throws an error message saying the attachment directory is not writable.
Which is why you are better of using imageshack.us i think i disabled the uploads due to a security issue.
