Make sure the etouch folder on c:\ and you are running it with admin rights and win xp compatibility. I dont know if win 2000 has user controls if so you'll need to deactivate it.

I would guess it doesn't work on windows 2000. That was a direct replacement for NT 4 and I don't think has the same media player that you get in XP. Maybe you could try running XP? I don't recommend any of the obsolete operating systems personally.

XP will be fine but i wouldn't hook it up to the web as it's not been supported for patches by microsoft in so long. I think Windows 7 is now the preferred OS.
