Got a good few comedy videos would like them on the jukebox under a separate section just like video and audio as I do not use the karaoke at all. Any ideas ?

I cannot think of what the file formats are for karaoke are nowadays, if they are allowed as video format then you might just need to point the karaoke settings to your comedy videos and change the button to comedy rather than karaoke.
Update the comedy folder as you would the karaoke.
Give that a try.
